# EADAone: cómo reportar una incidencia de forma segura

## Nuestro equipo de soporte, por seguridad, no tiene acceso a ver la información de las cuentas agregadas ni las credenciales.

Por esa razón principal, además de que es mucho más rápido entender una consulta, os pedimos que nos reportéis una incidencia que afecta a una o varias cuentas de un mismo banco, desde la misma plataforma de EADAone.

Para ello es necesario estar en la vista de movimientos de la cuenta (o cualquiera de las afectadas por la incidencia). La vista de movimientos tiene, entre otras características evidentes, que se muestran dos gráficos a la derecha. En ese momento, en la parte superior verás un "teléfono rojo" que abre una ventana de notificación y nos envía a nuestro equipo de soporte un ticket con la información necesaria para acceder a visualizar la actividad del agregador necesaria para localizar la incidencia.
